Looks like the Stanford Men's Basketball team (and the women too) will have some support out there in Tourney land as the Stanford band were cleared of allegations for breaking all sorts of conduct codes when they trashed their band HQ, otherwise known as "Band Shak."

Earlier last year, members of the band took sledgehammers to the place and trashed it. Also included in said trashing were smashed windows and spray painted profanity. Stanford U had originally charged them for vandalizing the place but after an investigation, it was determined that the members of the band who trashed it did so because they thought the Shak was about to be demolished anyways. Good thing too, because in response, we heard that Dean Wormer was a dead man.

Thursday's game against Louisville, btw, will be the early game at 9:20 AM.
