Keep an eye out for groups of people doing weird things all over the City on Saturday. No, no. Different weird things.
The company behind Perplex City has organized a major live event here in San Francisco. Perplex City is a collectible card game with a twist: Each card is a puzzle and a clue to a hidden treasure worth $200,000. The puzzles range from yawningly easy to clever and intriguing to annoyingly difficult.
The live event here in San Francisco will feature puzzles that lead teams around the City in a sprawling scavenger hunt, and the company keeps touting their innovative use of real-time RFID technology. We don't know all the details yet, but this SFist will be in the hunt and we'll provide a full report early next week. Winners will get points that push them up on the all-important leaderboard.
