That's seven, right? There are definitely worse models to emulate, we surely will not complain. We had a dinner there the week after the restaurant opened, and had they stumbled, we would not bring it up here: we'd give them a chance to settle, iron out the kinks and get in a groove. But not only did they not stumble, they even impressed us.
