Tostadas, where have you been all our lives? We're turning 34 next week, but it wasn't until recently that we discovered your glory. There we were, whining about how we couldn't decide what to have for lunch (oh, the cross we bear), when a colleague showed us her tostada from Mexico Au Parc (that link is all for you, George), and we decided to give it a try.
Sure, we were skeptical. It looks an awful lot like a Fiesta Taco Salad crossed with a Mexican Pizza, and we don't play that Bell. But we shook off our "oh god we're so gringo" fears and have been living on a steady diet of them ever since.
