The refreshements? Uh, free. SFist would like to suggest that if you want to score the wine and snacks, show up early -- they were all gone in a little over an hour. The art? Not bad. Our favorite pieces by Teresa Norris were the contact prints which used detail images shot on multiple frames to create a larger panorama. The crowd? Wonky beyond your wildest imagination. But hey, as "citizen journalists," it sure makes our lives easier to have politicians access instead of us having to fight for it. Hence Tommy Craggs and Nate Cavalieri from the Weekly, Casey Mills of Beyond the Chron and the inimitable H Brown were all on hand representing the "alternative" media, which we guess means the media that actually shows up to cover interesting events.
