We're legitimately sorry to have to report this -- really, not because it's been such easy fun (and we'll probably have to retire the so-best picture now too), but because it's really very sad -- Gavin and Kimberly just announced that they're getting a divorce, after three years of marriage, citing the strain in doing the long-distance thing with Kim in NY and Hizzoner here.

We're not taking sides (what if they get back together? We want to stay friends with them both!), but we will say that Gavin always seemed extremely publicly supportive of Kimberly, both in her career and in her more Teresa Heinz Kerry moments, and we hope that counts for something. Best of luck to them both.
