[W]hen I took a week off a few months ago just hanging out reading books and walking around and not thinking about Blogger for a while (I accidentally hurt my mom's feelings by telling her I couldn't talk about work when she called me) -- i.e., dipped my toe in The World Beyond -- well, it was kinda neat.
For those of you who are more drinker than writer, this is not the bourbon but the man behind Pyra Labs, the creators of Blogger. Pyra was purchased by Google last year and moved in-house, where Evan says the relationship has been great. SFist hopes that Evan gets a chance to relax, have some fun, and come up with more great ideas to help people waste time at the office. Best of luck to you, Evan!
