The parades in Europe now bring in 50 truckfuls of musicians and over a million ravers, and the organizers decided to bring the rhythms to San Francisco for the Love Parade's debut. The parade starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Mission and Beale, and goes just south of the ballpark until 9 or later.

As the FAQ says, "This is not your ordinary parade. Instead of standing on the sidelines watching it go by, everyone is encouraged to dance in the streets with the floats."
