- Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg, and Peter Thiel, along with several other Facebook board members, are being sued for insider trading. - A Chinese couple not indicted in the college admissions scandal apparently paid consultant Rick Singer $6.5 million to get their daughter into Stanford. The daughter, Yusi Zhao, was admitted to Stanford in 2017 and has since left the school, and it's unclear if her parents are going to be prosecuted. [New York Times]
- A water main break in the St. Francis Wood neighborhood Wednesday morning caused some traffic detours. The traffic roundabout known as Dewey Circle (the Taraval, Dewey, and Claremont intersection) was flooded with water as of 6:30 a.m. [SFGate]
