An early morning shooting sent a man to the hospital Thursday, but police say the men behind the incident remain at large.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, at 1:15 this morning three men approached their 34-year-old male victim "from behind" at the intersection of 21st and Capp Streets.
As the man turned to face the group, one of the suspects shot him with a handgun, police say. They then fled the scene.
The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for injuries police say are not life threatening. The suspects remain on the loose, police say, and no arrests have been made as of publication time.
