It's not quite as funny as the pot party scene from 9 to 5, but these ladies in an apartment in Russian Hill, calling themselves Synchronicity Sisters, have been having these events, almost like Tupperware parties, where they share ideas and learn about cannabis products being produced by female entrepreneurs. As the Chronicle reports, the events stem from the notion that there's a "green ceiling" in the male-dominated marijuana industry, and women making things like Mendocino-based, female-libido-enhancing Sexxpot, want to band together to help market and sell their products to a female audience.

But can you guess who's actually high in the above video? There seems to be mostly only white wine going around, but I think I see some edibles being tasted too?
