Our lucky-to-work-from-home heart goes out to those who must hop on a ferry, ride carpool, brave a bridge (or two!), or jump on a helicopter to get home tonight.

While BART remains on strike, people line up along the Embarcadero near the Ferry Building to catch a ferry to Oakland. And this is just the afternoon commute! Bay Area riders started the work week in troublesome style after facing Day 4 of gridlocked roads and long lines for buses and ferries.

We'll update as soon as we hear more about the BART and whether or not we're in store for a Day 5. (Hint: probably.) Until then...
