"It should be called Outside Craziness," beams Stanley Roberts, jewel in the KRON 4 News crown, reporting on the festivities and tomfoolery happening outside Outside Lands.
Roberts found drunks, jaywalkers, angry festival goers screaming into their phones. Nothing horrific, really; infractions we come across regularly on any given gameday in SOMA. But still, a fun watch.
