The power is out on Folsom between 1st & 6th Streets and in other nearby parts of SoMa. This means that your SFist editor's Whole Foods is CLOSED and thus he cannot buy Kale Chips and Tea Java for his late-morning snack. Also, today's outage has affected thousands of area residents and scores of tech businesses.
The estimated time of power restoration now stands at 12:30 PM.
