27-year-old Trivon Dixon of Rodeo, California has been identified as the victim of San Francisco's 12th homicide in 2013. Dixon was sitting in his parked car on Whitney Young Circle near the Earl P. Mills Community center and Hilltop park in the Bayview around 3:45 p.m. yesterday, when a gunman got out of the passenger side of another vehicle, walked up to Dixon's car and shot him.
The suspect returned to his vehicle and drove off eastbound on Whitney Circle. The vehicle is only described as a black car. Dixon was pronounced dead on arrival at S.F. General. No arrests have been made and there are no descriptions of the suspects.
