Dr. Phil should feature a very special episode on why the Penn Family is always so aggro. Until then, we're stuck with shocking videos like this soon to be classic TMZ clip of Sean Penn's son Hopper attacking an African American photographer while using the n-word and calling him a "faggot."
Hopper Penn suffered a serious brain injury after a skateboarding accident, which could explain his rant, if brain injuries were medically proven to turn someone into a bigot.
Hopper also spent some of his childhood in Marin County, which is no excuse for bad behavior. (See also: Gavin Newsom, Tupac, and your author.)
