Oh YES, kids. E! is going all "Hey Paula" on Ryan Lochte, and it is going to be AMAZING. Well, maybe not. It could be incredibly boring. Watching dumb people say dumb stuff on TV is, after five minutes, pretty dull. But who knows! And you can always just mute it, enjoy his abs, and play games on your phone. The show is called "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?", and it premieres in April. We especially enjoy the "jyeah" sound effect that closes out the clip.
