16th and Mission, a.k.a. the Mission's Sixth Street, is not the best place to be going to take out cash, especially after 2 a.m. when you're by yourself. Case in point: A 43-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint on Thursday by two suspects, a man and a woman, as he tried to use one of the ATMs there.

The suspects, who are identified only by their ages in Mission Local's report (we're not sure how the victim knew this with such precision, but the woman is said to be 28 and the man is said to be 26), approached the victim, pointed a gun and demanded he hand over his cash. Then they told him to take out more. He complied, and they fled in a white camper.

Cautionary tale, friends. Seek out indoor ATMs, or borrow money from someone, or bring along a very large friend.
