While we cannot see the visages of either Allen or Blanchett (though, omfg, white-hot foodie offal cupcake gossip: word is that the two dined together at Jardiniere last week), Jackson West snapped this brief footage of Woody & Co. filming a scene outside a restaurant at 14th and South Van Ness in the city's preciously obnoxious Mission district. Also, that could be Cate with the bike, maybe? (Update: According to West, (she's the tall blonde behind the pole getting out of the taxi.")

Anyway, kinda exciting stuff. The noted auteur has been seen filming around town filming the Untitled Woody Allen Project featuring, among a cast of esteemed thespians, the magnanimous Andrew Dice Clay.
