Incanto executive chef Chris Cosentino will join an elite group of reality TV stars when he appears tonight on the premiere of this season's Top Chef Masters on Bravo. No strangers to both the cameras and all those wonderful people out there in the dark, Cosentino was once a competitor on The Next Iron Chef and Iron Chef America. He'll compete alongside Missy Robbins, Patricia Yeo, Debbie Gold, and retuning competitor Art Smith.
This season's judges include the brilliant and incisive James Oseland, Ruth Reichl, and newcomer Francis Lam. Other local gastronomes who have appeared on the gold-standard edition of the Top Chef franchise include Hubert Keller, Traci Des Jardins, and Elizabeth Falkner.
