Roland Pouncy, the man accused of strangling Richard Sprague to death back in February, has pled not guilty to the murder and robbery charges in court today.

Pouncy, who has been in custody since he was found with the slain man's ATM card, was hit with the murder charge yesterday after DNA evidence linked Pouncy to the killing. Pouncy, who has already served two prison terms in San Francisco, is currently being held on a $2 million bail and will return to court on April 5th.
