You may recall the story of Miguel Ruiz Fabian, the 24-year-old former intern at the Santa Ana Public Works Department who had a habit of taking cell phone videos of other men in the toilets while in the employ of City Hall. He's now been sentenced to six months in jail for his crimes.
In total, Fabian was accused of shooting 64 videos over 23 days, using his cellphone to view men urinating in adjacent stalls. He would place the phone on the floor of the stall, and he got caught when a victim saw the phone, picked it up, and identified its owner.
