For better or for worse, the UC Davis pepper spraying cop has turned into a white-hot, photoshopped thing folks currently love to blast out over a sundry of social media outlets. Which is to say, it's now a meme. (Side note: are there any other terms that old-school print journalists love and love to abuse more than "viral" or "meme"?
