BREAKING: Earthquake Shakes Whole East Coast [Updated]

We're getting reports that an earthquake just shook a huge swath of the East Coast, from as far north as Boston south to North Carolina. Ooop - our cohorts at Gothamist HQ report it was a 5.8, centered in Virginia! Craziness... and clearly everyone over there, unaccustomed to such things, is freaking out.
