The ever-vigilante gossip mongers at TMZ have dug up another piece of evidence connected to the assault of Giants fan Bryan Stow on opening day at Dodger Stadium. In a grainy video posted late last night (and embedded below), Stow can be seen having some words with a Dodger fan in the stands at Chavez Ravine. TMZ is calling the confrontation a "verbal altercation", but in the video Stow seems to be indicating that the conversation was one-sided. The intimidating Dodger fan in this instance is not Giovanni Ramirez, the suspect currently being held on suspicion of assaulting Stow in the parking lot after the game and leaving him with a life-threatening skull fracture.

Ramirez, who is currently serving out a 10-month sentence for parole violations and has yet to be charged in the Stow case, was moved from Los Angeles to a San Diego jail over the weekend. Attorneys for Ramirez continue to maintain that they can produce multiple witnesses confirming Ramirez was nowhere near Dodger stadium on the night of the attack.
