Suspect Arrested in Tenderloin Cafe Murder

An arrest has been made in connection with the murder that took place at Jebana Cafe at Polk and Geary in broad daylight last Thursday. Police arrested Jodie Daniels, 29, of El Cerrito on Friday afternoon at a private residence in San Francisco. Daniels, who allegedly chased 29-year-old Terry Turner of San Francisco into the cafe, cornered him, and shot him several times in the head and chest at point-blank range, was booked on charges of homicide, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and parole violation.
