That, and because a Welch's Concord Grape Juice craze is poised to takeover Bay Area menus any day now. Other notable state foods: Utah's green Jello (burn!), Connecticut hamburger (birthplace of the hamburger sandwich!), Missouri's toasted ravioli (good heavens!), and Nevada's buffets (rad).
