TGIF, everyone. Time to drink.
While we might quibble with the use of the word "martini" in the name of this drink, we can't argue with its tastiness. The concoction is by Level III bartender Sarita Romero, and she calls it the Dark and Stormy Martini because it's a "luxury twist on a classic" -- that classic being the Dark and Stormy nighball, with ginger beer, which is itself like a rummy version of a Moscow Mule.

Dark and Stormy Martini
1.5 oz. Dark Meyers Rum
1 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
.5 oz. lime juice
Cara Mia prosseco
Shake the rum, Canton, and lime juice vigorously with ice. Strain into a martini glass and top with the prosecco. Garnish with a lime twist.
