By a landslide, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups ranked highest as your favorite Halloween candy. Created in 1928 by Harry Burnett Reese (H. B. Reese), a former dairy farmer and shipping foreman for Milton S. Hershey, Reese's Peanut Butter cups, made of milk chocolate and slightly salty peanut butter, are also the favorite junk food snack of Thomas Keller, The French Laundry's master chef.
