Aspiring teen authors should check out Litquake's first ever Teen Crawl next Friday afternoon at the main library. The event features readings and a discussion with a panel of published teen authors, a variety of writing workshops to choose from, and a session of Not Your Mother’s Book Club, a monthly literary salon for teenagers in the Bay Area. San Francisco Public Library presents the 2nd Annual Tricycle Music Fest West, featuring several indoor mini-concerts throughout October at various branches. Then on October 24, the grand finale will take place at Civic Center Plaza, featuring five leading "kindie-rock" entertainers, The Sippy Cups, Frances England, The Time Outs, The Devil-Ettes, and Pip Squeak A-Go-Go.
