Gov. Schwarzenegger Issues More Furloughs

After laying off 200,000 state workers in June, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger revisited the policy, which will go into effect on Sunday. While the much-loathed Republican governor's order "requires employees take three unpaid days off per month," it has no termination date.
