Oakland residents George Hugguins, 24, and Althea Housley, 33, were arrested on Monday and Saturday, respectively. Both are suspected of killing Jinghong Kang on July 18 after robbing the Virgina man of $17. Kang was in downtown Oakland to have his teeth cleaned before an interview at Google the next day. He was shot and killed shortly after the cleaning. According to Oakland policed, "Housley admitted to taking part in the robbery and murder." [via CBS 5]
