If you're looking for something packed to the gills, Paragon would be your place, and we suspect Pete's Tavern would also be hopping.
Something a little further away might be less obnoxious. Brickhouse appears to be a good bet with "big-ass burgers" and $1 off beers and wells from 4:30 to 6:30, and 21st Amendment Brewery Cafe also sounds nice.
