We got the pretty flyer in the mail yesterday for the second annual Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Dream House Raffle, and Curbed and Socket Site already have the scoop. This year's house is a $3M gorgeous Arts & Crafts style four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home in Noe Valley, with a self contained apartment.
The house's countless amenities, such as the views, back deck and hot tub, three upstairs balconies, and two kitchens would be a huge temptation to go with the house instead of the $1.5M, but as it's been noted numerous times, unless the winner is already well off or owns property they can sell, the property and gift taxes would land an average Joe in the poorhouse.
For those interested in entering, you have until April 2 to enter the first early bird drawing. You'll also be eligible for all of the subsequent drawings.
