MUSIC: Poet (who penned the now famous The Revolution Will Not Be Televised), activist, author, and pioneer of blues, jazz and funk, Gil Scott-Heron, will perform some of his classics along with new material from his latest release I'm Here Now.

THEATER: Eastenders Repertory Company presents FO/FAUX!: We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay!, written by Dario Fo and translated by Ron Jenkins. The play is a "perfect wacky blend of commedia and the Honeymooners, with all the classic farce elements of mistaken identity, physical slapstick, dead bodies falling out of cupboards, and stock characters thrown into the mix." Their will also be a premiere of short works inspired by Fo.

ART: In celebration of Women's Military History Week, Swords to Plowshares presents the 2nd annual SHOUT! Art by Women Veterans. Their artwork gives women in the military an outlet to work through issues such as raising children while serving, coping with PTSD and military sexual trauma, and transitioning to civilian life, among other things.
