CLUB: Without being facetious, it's safe to say Ishi Hideaki is huge in Japan. Under the moniker DJ Krush, he has released a dozen albums as a hip hop producer and electronic DJ. On his latest album, Jaku, he added traditional Japanese instruments to his sparse, atmospheric blends. He plays a rare San Francisco show tonight.

FILM: Pizza in Auschwitz follows Holocaust survivor Danny Chanoch as he retraces the journey he took as a child from a farm to a Jewish ghetto to a concentration camp. His goal is to spend one night in his old Auschwitz barracks with his adult children. Chanoch uses dark humor to face the horrors from his past.

MUSIC: Instrumental rock group Do Make Say Think plays at the Great American Music Hall tonight. The Toronto-born musicians have been combining psych, jazz, punk and electronica for over ten years. Over that time they've built an international following.
