MuniAlerts reported that they're "[g]etting unconfirmed reports that Muni stabbing suspect nabbed at Polk and Geary. Seeking more details now."
Now, according to ABC 7, SFGate, and SFAppeal, SFPD caught the guy they suspect of stabbing Rachel Brown on a J-Church Muni line yesterday.
"They were on the Muni streetcar routes in hopes of finding him," Lt. Michael Connolly told SFGate, finding the (alleged) creep on an N-Judah train. The unidentified suspect was snatched at around 8 a.m. this morning at 31st and Judah streets.
SFPD will also try to see if this guy is responsible for the stabbing of 11-year-old Hatim Mansori on the 49-Mission in September.
Looks like Muni is safe again for NYT writers. But... for how long?!
