ART: San Francisco artist Micke Tong will be exhibiting a new series of site-specific conceptual art pieces, drawings, and installation sculptures in Micro-Habitat. Viewers can expect to find "low-rider inspired candy colored taxidermy forms infested by cities, pre-fab homes, and other human dwellings made of wood," as well as San Francisco-inspired facades that mimic Victorians, Edwardians, and present-day building aesthetics.

LIT: It's another round of Literary Death Match, in which five independent Bay Area bookstores have sent their favorite writers to compete for the crown. Tonight's line-up of readers will be Jade Brooks (City Lights), Alvin Orloff (Dog Eared Books), Derek Powazek (The Booksmith), Paul Neilan (Green Apple Books), and judges include the hilarious Beth Spotswood (SFAppeal and SFGate), two-time LDM champion Andrew Lam and Borderland Books’ Intangibles expert Scott Sigler.
