The annual San Francisco Frozen Film and Music Festival, which was founded in 2006 and was named after the famous (and alleged) Mark Twain quote, "The coldest winter I ever spent was my summer in San Francisco," had fallen under SFist's radar until now.
The festival is a "collection of razor's edge independent films and bands, including nights of live music concerts, short films, animation, global features, long and short documentaries, skate films, music documentaries, and music videos." All films are showing at Roxie Theater. Check out this year's line-up.
The Opening Night Mixer happens tonight at Space Gallery from 7-9 p.m., and the Festival Feature Concert will be on Sunday at Edinburgh Castle at 8 p.m.
