We'll be at Bottom of the Hill on Thursday to see headliners the Rural Alberta Advantage, the folksy Canadian band recently signed to Saddle Creek Records. The show will be presented by ipickmynose, a mainstay in the SF indie music blogosphere; the author has created some solid content we've found particularly interesting and/or helpful, such as a list of every concert he ever attended (which, in turn, inspired us to create our own), a list of SF venue capacities and tips on avoiding pesky concert surcharges.
In other news, Dirty Projectors, fresh off the critic lovefest of their latest, , play a sold out gig at the Independent tomorrow. And it's senior week at the Fillmore as the venue hosts the aging Mighty Mighty Bosstones and the aging Duran Duran. Capping off the week, the star-studded lineup of Death Cab, Andrew Bird and Ra Ra Riot will grace the stage of the Greek Theatre in Berkeley on Saturday. See you out there.
