SF Int'l Film Fest's screening of 1000 Journals at Kabuki on Saturday was very warmly received by a large audience, and questions abounded at the Q&A with filmmaker Andrea Kreuzhage and Someguy, the creator of The 1000 Journals Project.

In the summer of 2000, San Francisco artist Someguy sent one thousand journals out into the world. The journals are being filled as we speak--with drawings, collages, and musings by people from all walks of life and passed on to friends, left in random spots/cities, or relayed through the Internet and the mail. The first journal was sent back full to Someguy in September 2003, and Andrea Kreuzhage decided to find out what happened to the other 999.
