People who drive fast in $100k vehicles might view another $1800 to join the Foundation (the cost from a few years back) with the benefit of lessening the odds of getting a ticket as more useful than some other options. Like the one Porsche offers for $2160 called Air Vents Leather, which covers the vents that blow air on your face with color-keyed leather. If we were Paris Hilton, we know which choice we'd make. Or, you could roll like Apples' Steve Jobs, who seems to do just fine driving around for months without any license plate holder or license plate. Don't try that with your Hyundai.
