Why do we bring this story up? Because KGO, Channel 7, sent their very own I-Team out to investigate our libraries and discovered that, well, bad things happen there. And you know what? WON'T SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!!!!!!

Okay, we kid but the story is kind of disturbing. There's a whole bunch of footage of people surfing porn at the libraries, which is just, well, not very classy. They also have footage of somebody changing clothes in between stacks of books. But the best footage is of somebody caught by security cameras whacking off at a library desk and another one whacking off in between a stack of books.

Iyick.

And just a personal note-- we had a friend who caught somebody doing the above stuff at the desk right next to her at the main library.

Of course all of this comes with the perquisite dramatic touches but, well, all we can say is iyick. The story also mentions that with all the crazy homeless people wandering around and seeking refuge in the library, there's an element of danger there too. One lady who was interviewed (in the shadows even so people couldn't see who she was) said that some crazy person punched her daughter.

We're thinking that if we do go to the library, we'll do so with some disinfectant and maybe some penicilin.
