It all starts with tonight's 7:30 screening of at the Castro (where else?), followed by the 30th Anniversary Opening Night Gala at the San Francisco Design Center.

We're not just showing up for the booze and snacks -- we'll also be seeing films the entire run of the festival, so even if you can't make it to the Fest, you can get the scoop here. Oh, that's excepting the much-anticipated screening of Strangers With Candy, which is so booked even we can't get in to see it. In the words of SFist Matt "I can't believe they're only doing one screening. All of San Francisco must want to see it." Matt, we can't agree with you more. Add another screening, Frameline! Throw us a freakin' bone!
