All but one lane of I-80 westbound are blocked, after a woman driving an infant lost control of her car and flipped over by the University Avenue exit this morning. The woman has been sent to Highland Hospital and her male passenger suffered minor injuries, but the baby, strapped in a car seat, is fine.

By the coast, Highway 1 remains closed after mudslides, and this morning, a two-car accident tied up 92 as well.

Meanwhile, BART has released a statement about their computer screwup the other day and explaining how they plan to improve in the future. All is forgiven, BART! (Though the press release doesn't say anything about the elusive Millbrae "switching delay.")
