Erica Kious, the Fresno-based hairstylist and salon owner who quickly became persona non grata to liberals and a hero to Fox News watchers when she leaked video of Nancy Pelosi coming to her SF salon for a blowout last week, has returned to Fox News to announce she's now "afraid to return" to SF.

And, Kious says, she'll be closing this location of eSalon permanently. Does it seem likely she would have closed anyway, given that she'd already relocated full time to her hometown of Fresno herself and opened a salon there? Yes. But this is of course being framed to further vilify liberal San Francisco and Pelosi for coming after Kious with their pitchforks.

As the New York Post reports (rather than give Fox the link), Kious once again appeared on vile Tucker Carlson's show on Wednesday with her immovable painted-on eyebrows to discuss her permanent departure from SF after previously living here for 15 years.

"I started to just get a ton of phone calls, text messages, emails, all my Yelp reviews … saying that they hope I go under and that I fail," she whined. "I’m actually afraid to go back … It’s a little scary and sad. I do have a lot of positive calls and text messages from clients. But other than that, nothing but negativity."

Right-wing supporters who celebrated Kious' leak of the Pelosi video last week clamored to throw cash at a crowdfunding campaign for her. That campaign has now reached its $300,000 goal.

Despite running directly to Fox News with her video of Pelosi — a clip in which Pelosi, her mask around her neck, was walking between a shampoo basin and a styling chair during an indoor appointment she thought was above-board, per the stylist — Kious continues to claim she didn't leak the video for "political" reasons, and that it was not a "set-up," as Pelosi has said.

The stylist who took the appointment lawyered up himself last week and claimed that Kious OK'd the appointment after a string of invective about Pelosi and Democrats keeping businesses like hers closed during the pandemic.

Not political? Nah.

Kious repeatedly appeared on Carlson's show last week to cry crocodile tears about how the liberal media was treating her, and odds are she will have her own Fox News show within months.

Anyway... Bye, Erica! Don't let the door hit you on the way out!
