If you've lived here more than a minute and/or attended any public meeting with a public comment portion, scenes like the one above are old hat for you. We've always been a town of kooks, ladies and gentlemen, and often the kookiest want to make sure their voices are heard in City Hall, and on SFGov TV.

The Examiner's Joe Fitz Rodriguez brings us the video from last night's SFMTA Board of Directors meeting in which a man named Christopher Logan delivered a lively rap, which he composed, about his desire for more angled parking.

I guess he thought rapping would be more persuasive than the usual invoking of spirits and incantations you get at these meetings?
