- An arrest has been made in that Polk Street homicide from early Wednesday, and the sole suspect, 28-year-old Marcus Price, was apparently arrested yesterday at noon. The 55-year-old victim was fatally stabbed. [CBS 5]

- As we learned earlier they would be, Macy's has inked a deal to sell their men's store in Union Square, and the buyer is rumored to be Morgan Stanley. The store will still be open for about two years though. [Business Times]
