With at least a few good skateparks in San Francisco it is perhaps easy to forget the joy of seeing someone with a deck and four wheels repurpose space for some wild feat of athletic daring. It is with this in mind that we take special pleasure in the latest bit of SF skateboarding insanity: A noseslide down the Hallidie Plaza handrail.

Hoodline says the person pictured in the GIF is Maurice Jordan, who can be seen in a June video hitting some other sweet stunts.

Circulated on Reddit, the excerpt is from a video (embedded below) produced by Transworld skateboarding highlighting up and coming skaters. It's part of the August issue of the magazine, which promises a "mega montage of the best amateur skaters doing it right now."

The Hallidie Plaza noseslide definitely fits into that category.
