Video: Pantless Man Smokes Meth (Or Crack) On BART

A possibly homeless man without shoes, wearing what appears to be a towel draped over his legs and nether region, was captured in this video and posted to Twitter on Sunday. We can thank Twitterer @SOMESTEEZ for the upload, which includes a clear shot of the man taking a big hit off a meth/crack pipe while sitting in one of the handicapped seats by the door, and exclaiming "Noo!" to no one in particular.

The train sounds like it's going through the Transbay Tube as this is happening, but that is unclear.

SFGate picked up the tweet, saying, "Note to BART: Please require your crack-smoking riders to wear pants."
